This is an experiential class that will take you deeper into the spiritual practices of affirmative prayer and meditation that are introduced in the Foundations class.  You will learn various meditations to assist you in developing a practice that is consistent and transformational.  This class will assist you in bringing your prayer life to new levels of inspiration and faith.
